The X2 case will hold a bag up to 9.5” in diameter and up to 48” drivers.
2. How do I load my bag into the case?
The X2 case is the only travel case that allows you to load your golf bag while standing up. Simply open the lid, extend the wings and load your bag.
3. What do I do with the X2 Travel Case while I’m playing golf?
The X2 Travel Case collapses to 24” for easy storage.
4. How do I know when the X2 Travel Case is locked in the correct standing position?
When the X2 is engaged you will hear the pins lock. At this point the case is in full standing position.
5. Does the X2 Travel Case have extra storage compartments?
Yes. The case comes with a removable shoe bag and a zippered accessories pocket.
6. When I extend the wings I hear a loud popping noise? Is this normal?
Yes. When the wings are properly extended you will hear a loud popping noise. This will ensure that the wings will stay open and not close while you are loading your golf bag.
7. What is the easiest way to extend the X2 case in the upright position?
Depress the release button on the back of the case while standing on the foot platforms on the bottom front of the unit. Gradually extend the case upwards until you hear the case lock into place.
8. Do I need to purchase a “stiff arm” to ensure the protection of my clubs?
No, the rigid collapsible backbone in the case provides protection for your clubs unlike soft cases. The hard shell top and base provide complete additional protection for your clubs as well.
9. Why would I purchase the X2 Hybrid Travel Case over another travel case?
There’s nothing quite like the X2 Hybrid Travel Case. This unit offers a unique expandable backbone to custom fit your bag, stand up loading, hard shell protection, and a simple and secure single-point entry for convenient access!
Pro 2-n-1 Travel Bag Series F.A.Q.
1. Can I leave the bag unlocked while traveling if I choose? And if so, will my clubs be secure?
Yes. All bags can be secured with the TSA security clasp - your bag comes with one. The TSA security clasp will take the place of a lock if you choose not to lock your bag while traveling. It will allow the airport security screener to check your bag and re-secure it without you being present.
2. How many clubs do the bags hold?
All bags are designed to hold 17 clubs; putter, 3 wedges, 9 thru 3 irons, 3 thru 5 woods, a driver and 2 extra clubs.
3. How long of a driver can the bag hold?
The interior of our stock bag is 48 inches. You can carry any club up to 48 inches in length.
4. Do I need special head covers?
No, the bags are designed to accommodate the head covers that come with purchase of your woods. If you play with covers that are excessively large, you may need to downsize before closing the lid.
5. Do I need head covers at all?
No. The hard-top cover is padded to protect woods and irons alike. The head covers aren't necessary but do hold the clubs in place.
6. What should I do if I'm having trouble getting the clubs into my bag?
Each bag has been designed to hold 15 clubs with oversized grips. As with any bag, if your club shafts cross the will tend to get stuck. Simply grab all the club heads at the same time and lift straight up, then let them fall back into place. This will uncross the shafts and allow for free movement. Do not attempt to force the clubs down into the bag, this will only cause further entanglement.
7. What do I do with the lid while golfing?
You have several options. Either leave it in the car, place it in the cart basket or clip it onto your bag to use as extra storage space.
8. Why are the wheels removable?
A little known fact is that the airlines will not cover damage to wheels on any piece of luggage. Cargo golf wheels are designed to be removed to help protect them against the abusive world of airline travel.
